RSVP to Participate in the Ceremony

All graduates must RSVP to participate in the ceremony. RSVP closed Friday, March 21.

The Tassel registration site is closed to prepare for the upcoming ceremonies. All students logging in will see ceremonies marked as 'Closed'.  Students will be able to log back into Tassel the week of April 21 to download their Stage Pass.

The Commencement Office is unable to confirm individual RSVPs. Please check your email for a confirmation message from Tassel when you completed your RSVP.

Download Your Stage Pass

Stage Pass is your virtual name card that calls and displays your name when you walk across the stage. It is not a ticket for guests. All students attending the ceremony are required to have a Stage Pass to show event staff as they enter the venue. Stage Pass will be available the week of April 21.

Access your Stage Pass by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Tassel and log in.
  2. Click "Print Stage Pass."
  3. Confirm graduate name and ceremony information are correct.
  4. Print and take a screenshot of your Stage Pass to avoid issues at the ceremony.

If you are unable to access your Stage Pass or have inaccurate information on your pass, a troubleshooting table will be available at all ceremonies.

Master's students will use the same Stage Pass at both the Institute Master's Commencement to enter the field and their college graduation celebration to have their name announced.

Early and Late Walks

Early and Late Walk applications closed Friday, March 14.

  • We have reached capacity and are no longer able to accept early or late walk requests.

Summer graduates looking to participate in the Spring 2025 ceremony will complete the Early Walk form.
