Late Walk Participation Request

Late walks are granted on a case-by-case basis when a hardship prevents a student from attending their graduating semester as space allows in our venue. 

Late Walk Policy

To be considered, students must complete this form by the withdrawal deadline of the semester they wish to participate. The request deadline for Spring 2026 is March 18. Students will be notified of their final decision by Wednesday, March 25.

We are only accepting applications for Spring 2026 at this time.

Ceremony participation is not guaranteed. 

Approved late walks should expect the following changes:

• Late walks will receive the same ticket allotment as current semester graduates.
• Late walks will not be listed in the Commencement program. All students are listed in their graduating semester's program.
• Late walks will not receive honor cords.
• All students will have their name called and displayed as they walk across stage.
