Late Walk Participation Request

Late walks are granted on a case-by-case basis when a hardship prevents a student from attending their graduating semester as space allows in our venue.

This form is for students who want to participate in the Spring 2025 ceremony. Registration for the Fall 2025 ceremony will open in September 2025.

Late Walk Policy

To be considered, students must complete this form by the withdrawal deadline of the semester they wish to participate in. The request deadline for Spring 2025 is Friday, March 14. Students will be notified of their final decision by Friday, March 21.

Late walks participating in the spring ceremony should expect the following changes:

• Late walks will receive the same ticket allotment as a spring student.
  • Late walks will not be able to RSVP prior to approval.
• Late walks will not be republished in the spring program. All students are listed in their graduating semester's program.
• Late walks will not receive honor cords for the spring ceremony or have their honors display as they cross the stage.
  • Graduating honors are calculated at the start of a student's graduating semester.
• All students will have their name called as they walk across stage and their name displayed. 

Participation in a later ceremony is not guaranteed.
