Guest Drop-Off and Handicap Parking

  • All guest drop-off and pick-up is on Fowler Street between 10th and 8th street.
  • Guests with a valid handicap parking tag may park near the venue.

Strollers are not allowed into the venue. Bag valet is located across the street from the West Entrance on if guests wish to check in their stroller (car seat carriers may also be checked in too).

Exceptions will be made to the bag policy for parents to bring in a cross body baby carrier or diaper bag, which will require additional screening. Contact the gate supervisor to have your diaper bag screened and approved.

Wheelchairs will not be available at the venue. For those requiring a wheelchair, we suggest a private rental from one of these companies:

Accessible Seating for Guests with Disabilities and Limited Mobility

For guests in a wheelchair: Due to high demand, wheelchair seats are strictly reserved for patrons in a wheelchair plus one companion. Students must indicate on their RSVP they have a guest in a wheelchair to receive a wheelchair spot. These seats will be assigned and guests will receive additional communications.

For guests requiring ADA seats but are not in a wheelchair: ADA seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, we will block additional seats in McCamish for ADA and limited mobility patrons.

Seating maps will be posted on the seating page two weeks prior to each ceremony.
