Accessible Seating for Guests with Disabilities and Limited Mobility

ADA seating is available in the top row of each 100-level section. Due to high demand, this area is strictly reserved for our ADA patrons plus one companion. Additional party guests are encouraged to use the seating in front of ADA section.

How to request an ADA seat for our Ph.D. and master's ceremony:
  • Please speak with the ushers located at the top of each section near the ADA seats.
  • These seats are reserved for patrons with disabilities and limited mobility; families with young children may not request these seats.
How to request an ADA seat for our bachelor's ceremony:
  • Request your seats at the Guest Services table, located inside McCamish Pavilion, during the ceremony.
    • Guest Service tables will be located at Section 106, 101, and 115.
  • You will be given a blue ADA ticket. No ticket exchange is required; these tickets will NOT grant entry and are NOT additional tickets.
  • Guests are required to keep their ticket throughout the ceremony to access the section.
  • These seats are reserved for patrons with disabilities and limited mobility; families with young children may not request these seats.

Guests who abuse this policy will be asked to forfeit their seats. Unclaimed seats will be released at the venue’s discretion 30 minutes after the ceremony begins.
